He was predeceased by: his parents, Leman and Chirlene Hall, Sr. (Chiles); and his brothers, Steven Burgess, Jim Burgess and William Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Jeremy Mullins (Amanda), Casey Mullins (Lindsey), Tricia Hall-Cornine and Bobby Hall (Cassie); and his siblings, Peggy Kuhn, David Burgess, Christina Medina, Rodney Hall and Mamie Hall. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
