He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Shawn Goff, Kelly Welch (Mary) and Jeremy Welch; his grandchildren, Jackson, Ian, Anthony, Alyssa, Shannon and Crissy; and his siblings, Pam Gardner, Debbie Buchanan (Eddie), Miah Higbee (Bill), Dorinda Liebl (Jim), Doyle Welch (Tammy) and Richard Knuckles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
