He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Howard and Edna Howard (Stephens); his wife Betty; his son Bradley William Howard (Joy) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Howard (Allie) of St. Charles, MO and Brooke McCormick (Ryan) of Independence, MO; and his siblings, Barbara Stump of Polo, MO, Harold Howard of Pleasant Hill, MO and Delmer Howard of Lee's Summit, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
