He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Quigley (Drake); his wife Charlene Salmon; his father Luther Quigley; his son Quincy Allen Quigley; and his siblings, L. E. Quigley and Alma Taylor.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Beth Carlsen of Albuquerque and Leah Marie King (Jason) of Merritt Island, Florida.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
