He is survived by: his children, Billy Carr II (Molly), Teresa Nichols (Robbie) and Charlotte Carr (Terry Lauderbaugh); his grandchildren, Danielle, Lauren, Emma, Ellie, Blake, Dane, Jayden and Lane; and his siblings, Lloyd Carr Jr., Leonard Carr, Rodger Carr, Jim Carr, David Carr, Georgia Pelkey, Carla Summers, Cathy Carr and Linda Moran. He is also survived by father and favorite grandfather, nephew, cousin, uncle and brother.
