He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Foote of Augusta, Missouri; his son Shawn Foote (Jess Clark) of Nebo, IL; his grandchild Keegan Hutson of Camp Point, IL; his daughter Fawn Folkerts (John) of Springfield, IL; his brothers, Doug Foote (Dee) of Tulsa, OK, Denver Foote (Rose Marie) of Tucson, AZ and Dennis Foote (Jeri) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Whitney, Chaise, Phoenix, Drake, Corbin and Gannon; and his great grandchild Kane. He is also survived by his family and friends.
