She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Prunty; her parents, Jess Underwood and Leona Underwood; and her siblings, Donald Underwood, Jim Underwood and Lana Salisbury.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Reustle (Larry) and Amber Bradley (Josh); her grandchildren, Jaxon Bradley, Justin Bradley, Jamison Bradley, Amelia Bradley, Sara Bass, Karen Reustle (Casey) and Craig Reustle (Rosie); her great grandchild Veda Rose; and her siblings, Jerry Underwood (Judy), Carolyn Salisbury (Steve) and Gretta Underwood. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
