He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Medsker; his son Mark Chambers; his granddaughter Elizabeth Clore; his aunt Teri; his friend Bruce Haggerty; his siblings, Roger Stevenson (Carol), Cindy Demers (Robert), Karen Klemenski (Kevin), Deb Laramee (Donny), Kim LaBlanc (Jason) and Sharon O'Donnell (Gary); and also, Steve and Amy Wasielewski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
