It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Kay Whelchel of Warrenton, Missouri, born in Troy, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood Turner and Wanda Turner; her son-in-law Joe Raines; and her siblings-in-law, Chauncey Whelchel, Wayne Parkins and Carolyn Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Clay Whelchel; her children, Joshua Arens, Michelle "Nikki" Raines, Becky McClelland (Steve), Lance Whelchel (Holly) and Trent Colbert (Kathy); her grandchildren, Chase, Kay-Cee, Joseph II, Daniel, Kaytlynn, Savannah, Zachary, Emma, Natasha, Alana and Ashlynn; her great grandchild Asher; her brothers, Joel "Butch" Turner and Glenwood Turner (Vickie); and her siblings-in-law, Wade Whelchel and Joyce Meyer (John). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; other relatives and many friends.
