He is survived by: his wife Debbie O'Neill of Warrenton, Missouri; his daughters, Jennifer O'Neill of Warrenton, MO and Kristy Nizzola of St. Louis, MO; his stepson Lawrence Hart of Kansas City, MO; his sisters, Cynthia O'Neill of O'Fallon, MO and Maura O'Neill of O'Fallon, MO; and his grandsons, Dylan and Nathan.
