He was predeceased by: his father John Stephens; and his grandparents, Irvin, Bernadine Stephens, Hubert and Thelma Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Heather June McGovern; his children, Brendan Rakers, Emma Rakers, Jordan Rakers, Abby Bote, Alyssa Bote and Lily Stephens; his mother Glenda Amey (Doug); his sister Kara Sawyer (Daryl); and his parents-in-law, Susie Trower and Jerry McGovern (Linda). He is also survived by relatives and family friends.
