Couch and Teresa Couch (Terri); his brother Justin; his sister-in-law Jordan Couch (Williams); his siblings, Zach Couch (Abigail Rogers) and Courtney Couch (Mike Gay); his grandparents, John, Larry and Charlotte Couch; and his pet Carly. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
