He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hellyer and Silvia Hellyer; and his siblings, Floyd Eugene Hellyer and Joyce Cole. He is survived by: his wife Anita Hellyer; his children, Kasey Hellyer and Jason Livingston (Shelly); his brothers, Harry Hellyer (Lu Ann) and Mark Linville (Sandy); his grandchildren, Zach, Joshua, Matthew, Abigail and Andrew Kuykendall; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Ellie, Cora and Liam. He is also survived by other relatives and close family friends.
