She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ciaramitaro and Anna Saputo; her son Jose Vega; and her husband Israel Vega. She is survived by: her children, Paul Vega and Susan Vega-James (Chris); her pet Bandana; and her grandchildren, Zachary Niemann, Salena Niemann and Eric Vega.

Memorial donations are appreciated to the St. Charles County Humane Society in honor of Frances.
