She is survived by: her father Richard Roberts; her son Leonard "Dale" Nicolas, Sr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Leonard Dale Nicolas, Jr. (Sarah) and Kimberly Renee Thompson (Adam); her great grandchildren, Austin Nicolas (Anna), Ella Nicolas, Peyton, Briana and Liam Thompson; and her stepchildren, Lonnie Piatt and Sam Piatt (Terry).
