He was predeceased by: his parents, Malon and Marcella; his brother James; and his brother-in-law Steve. He is survived by: his wife Naomi; his children, Randy Kelley, Jimmy Kelley (Bonnie) and Angela Scott (Josh); his brother Robert Brown (Pauline); his grandchildren, Michelle, Amanda M, Amanda P. (Danny), Adrienne K. (Garrett) and Eli S; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Faith, Maddix, Nolan, Addy, Maddy, Lilyann, Jaice and Avery; and his siblings-in-law, Susie (Joe), Johnnie (Keith), Jackie, Lyla, Virginia (Don), Sherry and John (Sandy).
