He was predeceased by: his father Berlin Staggs; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Linda Staggs of Warrenton, MO; his granddaughters, Linda, Rachel Bilyeu (Dillan) of Washington, MO and Allison Hillemeyer of Warrenton, MO; and his siblings, Berlin, Pat and Judy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
