He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Chester; his wife Patsy Richey; and his siblings, Miles Oliver, Jim Oliver, Bill Oliver, Shirley Oliver Dearman and Barbara Oliver Brannon.
He is survived by: his children, Kennie Ann Colbeck of Missouri, Patti Martin (Walter) of Missouri and Richey Allen Oliver (Dee) of Illinois; and his siblings, Inez Williams (Richard) of Utah, Glenn Oliver (Marie) of Lynn, Mary Nunnally of Lynn, Jerry Wayne Oliver (Shelia) of Strawberry and Patsy Barker (Carl) of Missouri. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
