Worth, TX, Kam Danielle West (Matthew) of Holden, MO and Reginald David Gard II (Angela) of Higginsville, MO; his sister Marilyn Bozarth (Fred) of Boulder City, NV; and his grandchildren, Breanna Johnson, Aireanna Johnson, Chase West, Madelon West, Alexia West and Austin David Gard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
