He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Nicholas Zink and Lucy Agnes Zink (Fuller); and his siblings, Nick, Neal, Dean, Jess, Ana Lou Zink and Greta Loehr.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene; his children, Angie Twenge (Karl) of Beaufort, SC and William Nicholas "Nick" Zink (Karen) of Warrensburg, MO; his grandchildren, Augustus Twenge, Winston Twenge, Sydney Zink and Savannah Zink; and his sister Mary Sue Norris of Warrensburg.
Memorial Contributions may be left to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
