He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Schaefer (Mike) of St. Louis and Thomas Whitehead (Jerrie) of Wappapello; his grandchildren, Marie Schaefer, Rachel Schafer, Nick Schafer, Joseph Whitehead, Heather Whitehead and Dawn Whitehead; and his siblings, Gary Joe Whitehead (Sarah) of St. Peters and Mary Cashion of Pittsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
