He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fortner and Iona Fortner (Binkley); and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Blanche Lemmon. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lemmon; his daughter Diana Lower (Jim) of Fair Play; his grandchildren, Lindsey Anderson (Matt) of Battlefield and Luke Lower of Springfield; his great grandchild Henry Anderson; and his siblings, Francis, Dale, David and Gail Greer. He is also survived by his family and friends.
