She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Stehlik and Bettie Stehlik (Stone); and her son-in-law Chris Chism. She is survived by: her husband Francis Conrad; her children, Randy Conrad (Christina), Lisa Mason (Kevin), Michael Conrad (Shannon) and Melissa Chism; and her siblings, Rocky Stehlik and Sheila Ivanoff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
