He is survived by: his children, David "Scotty" Middleton (Betsy) of Des Arc, Roland Middleton (Mary Beth) of Vulcan and Georgia Lawless of Vulcan; his grandchildren, Ryan Middleton (Gretchen), Todd Middleton (Candace), Mya Middleton, Preston (April Lawless), Melissa Midkiff, Renae Middleton (Jake Eaton) and Kallie Slade (Braydon); his great grandchildren, Cash Middleton, Weston Middleton, Blake Middleton, Colton Middleton, Slade Middleton, Kasen Midkiff, Caven Midkiff, Kohen Lawless and George Lawless; and his brothers, Bud Middleton of Vulcan, Lloyd Middleton (Rebecca) of Halfway and Delmar Middleton (Lynn) of Vulcan.
