He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Gumpenberger; his parents, Clarence Gumpenberger and Marilyn Gumpenberger; and his brother-in-law John Fick. He is survived by: his children, Christina Weisbruch of Villa Ridge, Teresa Hale (Steve) of New Haven, Marilyn Stefanski Davis of South Carolina and Donnie Ezell of Villa Ridge; his siblings, Rick Gumpenberger (Miriam) of South Carolina, Phyliss Fick of Ohio and Karen Saville (Gordon) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Sharon Brewster of Washington, Izzy Hale of New Haven and Ethan Hale of New Haven. He is also survived by numerous stepbrothers and stepsisters; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
