He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank David and Evelyn Bernice Fuller (Knisley); and his brothers, Larry Fuller, Gerald Fuller and David Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Fuller (Kimberly), Bobby Fuller (Beth), Bernice Fuller-Carnes (Thomas) of Vienna, MO and Steven Fuller, Jr.; and his sister Pat Keplar of Lanagan, MO. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, with greats as well; and other relatives and friends.
