He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Avery and Mabel Honse (Frey); his brother Harold Clyde Honse; his former wife Mary Mildred "Millie" Honse (Zimmer); his nieces and nephews, Charles Leon Honse, Harold DeWayne "Wayne" Honse, Dale Charles Honse, Gregory Steven "Clyde" Honse, Eva Elaine Darr (Honse) and Barbara Lynn "Barbie" Roberds (Honse); his parents-in-law, Timothy Lee Ramsey and Vivian Geneva "Neva" Ramsey (Case); and his brother-in-law James Harvey "Jim" Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Honse; his daughters, Kerri Johnson (Bill) of St. Peters and Heather Duensing (Chance) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Johnson of Rolla, Molly Jo Johnson of St. Peters, Caroline Mabel Dunensing of Pleasant Hill, Jack Henry Forrest Duensing of Pleasant Hill and Charleston James "Charlie" Duensing of Pleasant Hill; his siblings, Charles Honse (May) of Vienna, Allen Honse (Barb) of Vienna and Joyce Ramsey (Gabe) of Marshall; his siblings-in-law, Jean Honse of Custer City, Elizabeth Honse Rowden (Ron) of Vienna, Joyce Honse of Vienna, Jan Ramsey Greig (Jim) of Rolla and Roy Ramsey (Linda) of Jefferson City; and his grandchildren, Caroline Mabel Duensing and James Charleston "Charlie" Duensing.
All attending the visitation and private funeral service for Mr. Honse are required to wear personal masks or other personal protective equipment, follow social distancing and close contact guidelines, and adhere to COVID-19 protocol. The general public along with immediate family and relatives are welcome to drive in your vehicle and join in the funeral procession from the church to attend the interment service for Mr. Honse in the Vienna Public Cemetery, following COVID-19 protocol, by Birmingham-Martin in Vienna.
