He is survived by: his daughter Sheila A. Owens of Omaha; his grandchildren, Felicia C. Liddell (Larry) of Omaha, ReLonda N. Owens of Omaha and Charles E. Owens (Jessica) of Norfolk; and his sister Helen O. Holman of Vandalia.
