He was predeceased by: his brother Jose Luis. He is survived by: his siblings, Miguel Raya (Barbara), Adele Lakin (late Steve) and Diana Stroder; and his friend Holly Murray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
