It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neta Marie Wellman (Unionville, Missouri), who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Dow and Mary Valee Hatfield (Hodges); her husband Harold Monroe Wellman; and her sisters, Mary Lorene Ledford (Orval) and Norma Jean Bibee (Darl "Billy").
She is survived by: her children, Alan Wellman (Karen) of Kennewick, WA, Linda McCormick (Mike) of Greenwood, MO and Roger Wellman (Kim) of Independence, MO.; and her grandchildren, Chad Smith (Jill), Jaclyn Maloney, Kristie Clark (Nate), Lisa Wassing (Nathaniel), Megan Birk (Scott) and Nathan Wellman. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Martinstown School Community Center and may be entrusted with the funeral home.
