He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leonard (Lillian) and Lillian Leonard; his wife Sue Leonard; and his brothers, Edward Leonard and Paul Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, William F. Leonard Jr. (Chelsie Poole) of Washington, Todd Jabusch of Union and Nicole Fontaine of East Hartford, CT; his siblings, Ronnie Leonard of Waterbury, CT, Steven Leonard of Rockville, CT, Barbara Jean Moon (Otis) of East Hartford, CT and Betty Anne Whalen (Berry) of Tallahassee, FL; and his grandson William Jabusch of Union. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family ae preferred.
