She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Evans Caulk and Sarah Margaret Godwin; her siblings, Glen T. Caulk and Betty Railey; and her brother-in-law William Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Frank (James) of Union and Dena Franz (Timmy) of Washington; her siblings, Charles Caulk of Hawaii, Carolyn Whitfield (William) of Pennsylvania, Brenda Stevens of North Carolina and Janet Polk of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Amanda Boyer (Josh), Stuart Yates (Danielle), Nicholas Frank (Sabrina), Sara Douglas (Doug Pearson) and Paul Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Ella Yates, Charlotte Yates, Adalyn Hudson, Auden Boyer, Elise Frank and Elias Frank. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations are appreciated in lieu of flowers to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
