He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kouzes and Cynthia Kouzes (Timko). He is survived by: his daughter Madison Kouzes (Roman Arneson) of Racine, WI.; his siblings, Matt Kouzes (Jody) of Ballwin, MO. and Kym Krueger of Galesburg, IL.; and his grandchildren, Averie Johnson and Asher Aranda. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
