He was predeceased by: his stepson Tyler Manson; and his grandparents, Samuel Witt, James Oshia, Joan Oshia and Louise Oshia.

He is survived by: his daughter Jillian Witt of Union; his wife Tina Witt (Hosfeld) of Union; his parents, Mark Witt of Camdenton and Christina Oshia of Sullivan; his sister Jessica Happel (Shane Blankenship) of Sullivan; and his nephews, Ryan Happel, Jason Blankenship and Justin Blankenship. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations are appreciated to the Chordoma Foundation.
