He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Singleton Gromer and Addie Gromer; his wife Norma Gromer; his daughter Stacey Gromer-Gabel; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Duncan, Vivian Duncan and James Duncan.
He is survived by: his son Mark Gromer of Union, MO; his brother Cecil Gromer (Margaret) of Columbia, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Lindsay (Harold) of Dexter, MO, Lenora Bishop of Dexter, MO and Remona Plummer of Bloomfield, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
