She is survived by: her husband Donald Jacobs of Union; her children, Yens Jacobs (Lisa) of Washington, MO and Sylke Jackson (Danny) of Beaufort, MO; her grandchildren, Ranell Buchanan, Marissa Jacobs (Matt Geiger), Tiffany Grotewiel (Brian), Devin Jackson (Sarah) and Danyell Brinker (Matt); and her sisters, Bregette Clausen of Germany and Ingrid Harrer of Germany. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
