She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Stahlman and Josephine Stahlman; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Hagedorn and Peggy Stahlman. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Josephine (Kosulic); her husband Robert Hagedorn of Union; her children, Mike Hagedorn (Brandy) of Washington and Angela Moeller of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Wil, Anna Moeller of Plainfield and Payton Hagedorn of Washington; her siblings, Ronnie Stahlman of Springfield, MO, Carol Platt (Gene) of Union and Kay Wessing of Union; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Hagedorn (Joan), Pat Hagedorn, Mary Hanneke (Gary) and Richard Hagedorn (Jill). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Donna Hagedorn are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
