She is survived by: her children, William Michael Smith (Sheila) of Beaufort, Stephen Smith (Shannon Smith) of Union, David Smith (Jamie) of Sullivan, Donna Baker of Union and Suzanne Smith (Harold) of Ballwin; her grandchildren, Adam, Josh, Phillip, Jacob, Zachary, Katie, Courtney, Brianne, Kelly and Madison; her sisters, Bonnie Vande Ven of Bourbon and Sharon Kingston; and her sisters-in-law, Susan Pfister of Fenton and Barbara Rhoads of Union. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital or Masses.
