It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Higgins Jr. of Troy, Missouri, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet E. Shelton and Thomas Higgins Sr. of Troy, MO.; and his siblings, Donald Shelton (Stella Higgins) and Marion Ruth Higgins Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Stella May (Bailey); his children, Jacqueline Kay Novel (Steven) of Foristell, MO and Gerald Thomas Higgins of Troy, MO; his grandsons, Dennis and Brian Novel; his great grandchildren, Nya, Angel, Decari, Dennis, Lilly, King and Leven; and his brother Raymond "Charlie" Higgins of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
