He is survived by: his wife Melissa Mayfield of Troy, MO; his sons, David Mayfield (Kellanie) of Peace Valley, MO and Daniel Mayfield (Joanna) of Elsberry, MO; his sisters, Sheila Mayfield, Sharon Chamblin, Shirley Lewis (Gary) and Sheina Gilpin (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Joshua, Karleah, Chera, Zachary, Kiera and Ariella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
