He is survived by: his brother Kenneth; his children, Raymond Keith Mills Jr. of Denver, Stephanie Cara Clemons (Marshall) of Troy and Darren Richard Mills of Jefferson City; and his grandson Matthew Bishop Mills. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
