She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Patrick Kickham and Bernice Kickham (Williford); and her brothers, Patrick, Steven and Peter.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Cull; her siblings, Kathleen Albrecht (Mark), Jeanne Kickham, Teri Methvin, Mike Kickham (Terry), Tim Kickham (Elizabeth), Jan Kickham, Chris Kickham, Ken Kickham (Sarah) and Kari Williams (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Georgia Davis (Bob) and Robert Cull (Liz Miller). She is also survived by numerous cousins and many nieces and nephews.
