He is survived by: his wife Debi Shwedas of Troy, MO; his daughter Tabytha Jack (Chris) of Kincaid, IL; his grandson Christopher Jack (Katie); his great grandchildren, Jace, Parker and Austin Jack; his sister Sandal Herbeck (Glen) of Stauton, IL; his nephew Brian Herbeck (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sammy and Stevie; his nephew Brett Herbeck (Kelsey Jo); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucy, Owen, Jase and Jaxson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
