It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Moulton of Troy, Missouri, born in Louisiana, Missouri, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Cobin and Betty Moulton (Stivers); and his brother Harley Cobin "Mike" Moulton III. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Austin; his daughter Megan Austin; and his siblings, Robert Moulton (Patti), Debbie Colbert (Donald), Linda Olson and Karen Gregory. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
