It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine (Kathy) H Cooper of Troy, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive parents, Harold Jagels and Helen Jagels (Frankenberg); her mother Helen Jagels of Troy; her brother Kerry Jagels of Warrenton; her father Harold Jagels; and her siblings, Kevin Jagels and Elisa Kim Callier. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
