He was predeceased by: his parents, John "David" and Margaret "Lucille" Headrick Sr.; and his sister Patricia Sue Headrick. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Headrick of Silex; his children, Laura Lee (Salvatore Montalbano), Suzanne Marie (Michael Whitaker), Heather Renee (Ryan Wehmeyer) and John "Eric" (Kara Headrick); and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Laura Ann, Little Sal, Tiffany, Tommy, Michael II, Johnathan, Mataya, Reece, Riley, Reagan, Ryder, Rex, Jack, Laney and Dane. He is also survived by 9 great-granchildren.
