He was predeceased by: his parents, John McDaniel and Leona McDaniel; his sons, Kenny and Kevin; and his grandson Kelly McDaniel.
He is survived by: his daughter Teri (Marvin Peasel) of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan Peasel (Jamie), Tyler Peasel (Alyson), Kyle Peasel (Becky), Grant McDaniel, Sydney Stokes, Xane Austin, Xaiden Austin and Jayden Humble; and his close friend Janice Humble. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
At a later date, a Memorial Golf Tournament will be held to honor Gary and support a charity in his name.
