He is survived by: his wife Roseann Ballard; his children, Michael (Chasity Ballard), Heather (Paul Kelly), Paula (Greg Stewart), Timothy Ballard and Katie Jesse; and his siblings, John, Shelby, Rick, Dan, David, Frank, Joanie and Vickie. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
