He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest S. Woolfolk, Sr. and Saloma Woolfolk (Duello); his wife Barbara Jean Taylor; and his grandsons, Greg Collins and Mike Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Woolfolk (Cathy) of Troy, MO, Holly Hammett (Roger) of Troy, MO and Cindy Collins (David) of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Missy Henke (Steve), Ryan Woolfolk (Lynn), Jennifer Patterson (John) and Jason Hammett (Jessica Grooms); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Owen, Leah, Laney, Sophie, Izzy, Cassidy and Madison.
