She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Trower and Clara Belle Trower (Clark); and her siblings, George, John Trower and Lillian Weitzman.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Belter; her children, Sharon Schmidt and Walter Belter (Karen); her grandchildren, Melissa Harding (Scott), Brian Belter and Elizabeth Belter; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Noah and Margaret Harding.
